This was a complete waste of money.
I bought this and tried to use it with a Toro Ultra.
First, as other sellers noted the nylon string setup this comes with to attach it to a garbage pail, simply doesn't work. If you try to attach it under the lip of the pail it immediately comes off as soon as you turn on the blower. If you try to attach it under the handles then it might stay on for a few seconds but it has so much give nothing ends up in the pail. All the mulch ends up in a nice ring around the outside of your garbage pail.
If you take several strong bungie cords and wrap these around it then this will keep it properly attached to the garbage pail. It will not work at all without this. However even if you get it to stay attached it doesn't work. There's not enough air flow. I tried vacuuming up leaves for 20 minutes and ended up with an inch barely covering the bottom of the bag. And this is with the most powerful electric vac you can buy. It would quite literally be faster to pick the leaves up one at a time by hand.
Do not waste your money on this. You have been fairly warned.
